Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation request
- Products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Used or assembled products (unless faulty)
Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- Wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
We will offer:
- Free replacement, OR
- Full refund
We will cover all costs in such cases.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval
- Refunds are made via the original payment method
Deductions
We may reduce your refund if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond necessary inspection.
